TRX 40 / 40 Challenge – First Attempt

 

From the TRX website:

The TRX 40/40 Challenge combines two signature TRX exercises we use to measure upper body and core strength: the TRX Atomic Push-up and the TRX Low Row. At our events, we have competitions to see who can get the most of each of these exercises. If someone can get more than 40 good reps, there's a good chance they are going to win! Also, we’ve been known to break out the 40/40 Challenge during our lunchtime workouts here at FAI headquarters.

 

I think I will have another go at it later in the week.

  4. Yes! I was hoping you would post video. Wow man. Perfect form (did I honestly expect anything else from you?) and solid reps.

    You are one B.A.M.F. in my book. That is not easy!

    Can't wait to see how crazy you get with the TRX, I have been watching some of the videos again and am actually pretty intimidated from these people's workouts!

  7. Nice to see - great job! I have been injured for the past 2.5 weeks with only walking as a workout and am looking forward to getting back to my TRX. Think it may be a little while before I attempt my first 40/40.
